Residenza 24 is located a few minutes walk from the city center.

To reach the main monuments and points of interest, you can go on foot, by bicycle (ridemovi rental ones are available everywhere) or by tram. 
Tramway stop Lavagnini-Poliziano, just in front of our building door, is currently under construction and might be operative by the end of summer.

Parking: In front of Residenza 24, you can park in the blue lines (NON-RESIDENTS) at a cost of €2 for the first hour, €3 for each subsequent hour or fraction thereof from Monday to Saturday, Sunday is free.

Alternatively, nearby there are the following public underground car parks with video surveillance, also accessible with Telepass:
